- FREE Shipping offer is not available for international, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders. Orders being shipped to U.S. Minor Outlying Islands are also excluded.

Domestic Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling charges listed at the cart level are based on products in the cart and the shipping address provided. Puerto Rico and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands orders are considered "international" orders. BuyWake.com reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 Lbs.
All APO, FPO, and DPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. P.O. Box orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $15.00 that will be charged to the credit card used to make the initial purchase upon notification from the shipment carrier. No refunds on shipping costs unless BuyWake.com is responsible for the error.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central are generally shipped the same day. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, an BuyWake.com sales rep will contact you.
Orders shipped via the US Postal Service must be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Payments, eGift Card, wire transfer, or money order by mail. We cannot accept American Express payments if the order is being shipped with the USPS.
Guaranteed Express Shipping Upgrade:
BuyWake.com offers an express shipping upgrade on in-stock product. Saturday Delivery available for select locations at an additional cost. Saturday Delivery orders must be phoned in and must be placed by 12:00 PM on Fridays. Express Guarantee is for business days only...holidays, weekends, and severe weather excluded. No refunds on shipping upgrade costs unless BuyWake.com is responsible for an error or the shipping carrier is at fault. Some items may not be available for Express upgrades. Heavy and oversized orders may require additional shipping charges.
Order Tracking:
All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive shipment notification emails with tracking information for the order. This is your confirmation that your order has shipped.

We have several distribution centers located across the United States. Depending on where your gear is housed, your order could be split into multiple shipments. The good news is you will not responsible for any additional fees, and we promise to meet the anticipated delivery date based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Lost/Missing Shipments:
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to BuyWake.com within five business days of the expected delivery date. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was, indeed, not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the Customer. BuyWake.com shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.
*Lost shipment claims on any package sent out via the US Postal Service will not be considered until after 30 days from the original ship date.
Damaged Shipments:
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging. We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.
International Tax and Duties:
- Duties and import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. All duties and taxes will be due upon receiving of shipment, if applicable. Any international order that is rejected and returned for non-payment of duties and taxes will be subject to return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee deducted from the product refund.
- All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and will include brokerage if applicable.
Protect your Shipment with Route Shipping Insurance:
- Route is a paid service that will be selected by default on your order. If you deselect Route Shipping Protection, WaterSkis.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- If you have Route Shipping Protection and need to file a claim contact Resolve Center (route.com)
Claiming a Damaged Item:
- If you received a new product with big dents, dings, or scratches please email sales@waterskis.com. Please provide photos of the area damaged along with the remaining packaging the item was shipped with.
- Reports or claims of a damaged item are only accepted within 72 hours of order delivery.
NoFraud FAQ
Who is NoFraud: NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.
Why am I getting an email/call/text message from NoFraud to confirm a transaction? You received an email from NoFraud because your transaction had an irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.
After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else? After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.
Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information? NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.
Will my order be delayed? In most cases, as soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing. I did not make the transaction and neither did anyone that has access to my credit card/payment account.
What do I do now? After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for future use.
