T-Shirts

What started as an undergarment for miners and factory workers in the late 19th century, the T-shirt is now a mainstay in today's culture.  Its casual nature has led it to become the most common article of clothing around the world.  The name "T-shirt" was given to this once undergarment due to the shape of the shirt looking like the letter T.  The T-shirt was most favored by people working or enduring climates with excessive heat.  With the help of ever-advancing textile technologies, the T-shirt has become what we know it as today, our very own personalized billboard to express our own individuality.
