As the trend in foiling continues to move towards shorter boards, SLingshot redesigned the WF-2 softtop foil board to pack the same amount of surface area into a shorter board length. The WF-2 is an excellent choice for beginner and intermediate foilers, has foot strap inserts, and is the best traditional wakesurfing shape we've ever produced for those interested in removing the foil for traditional surf sessions. The aggressive nose rocker is designed to increase forgiveness when touching down or dropping off foil in the early stages of progression, and it's shorter length allows intermediate foilers to pump more aggressively without concern of unintentional contact with the water.

The WF2 is for first time foil buyers who want to learn with ease and still have plenty of runway to advance their foiling skills beyond the beginner stages. It's the perfect board to share amongst a group of riders divided between the choice of foiling or wakesurfing, and great for all the kids out there whose parents bought a pontoon instead of a wakesurf boat.
